Our next employee spotlight focuses on our one-man show, Business Operations Manager David Gail. David is a hard-working manager and jokester, which fits right in with our “Work Hard, Eat Hard, Play Hard” mentality.
David started at eZanga in 2011 after switching scenes from large companies to small businesses. His favorite part about working here is our CEO Richard Kahn and CFO Beth Kahn. David says working here is like working with family, with Beth and Rich being "mom and dad."
In order to stay up-to-date, he simply needs to show up to work. The industry changes so much that David feels that being in the game itself prepares him for succeeding at his job.
He believes that his biggest win at eZanga is actually a series of smaller wins. For instance, David recently combined five systems so that account managers can see who’s doing what in their friendly sales competition.
David’s success comes as no surprise, considering he wanted to be a business operations manager growing up. We’re happy David’s dream came true, and he’s happy about it too. Besides the family vibe here, he enjoys the entrepreneurial spirit that the bigger companies lacked.
When David’s not living his dream, he works on his “doomsday preparation” and follows the Manchester City football team.

“I actually got kicked out of lamaze class for laughing uncontrollably.”
Any hidden talents?
“I can make raviolis by the thousand starting from scratch.”

“Is SpongeBob SquarePants a superhero? ‘Cause I like to clean and would always have a sponge handy.”
